You can add your arms into the motion as well. If you want to look better at "jerking" then you can later add "dipping" and/or "jerking" into your "jerking dance

Second, to know how to "reject" you must jump on your left foot out then jump back on your right foot and jump on your right foot out front then your left foot out back then left front again over again and again.

Third, to know how to "dipp" all you have to do is stand up to kind of make yourself shorter by spreading your knees apart and going a little bit down and right back up again.

"Jerking" requires footwork. Most people that "jerk" own at least one pair of skinny jeans. Levis jeans can be an example of skinny jeans. The most famous "jerks" are the "NEW BOYZ" best known off of the music video "your a jerk". There are three basic types of "jerking". The moves are "jerking, rejecting, and dipping".
